Karl Amoussou submitted Bryan Baker with an inverted heel hook to claim the Season 6 welterweight tournament championship. Dangerous striker Paul Daley made his Bellator debut in stunning fashion, knocking out Rudy Bears in the first round. The light heavyweight tournament continued with Travis Wiuff and Attila Vegh advancing to the finals, defeating Tim Carpenter and Emanuel Newton, respectively.
